This is a chance for calm and cozy time after the hectic holidays. Registration for each session is held separately.
Calm Reset: Simple Practices to De-Stress and Re-Center with Rebecca
This gentle yoga session focuses on slow movement, mindful breathing, and simple grounding practices to help calm the nervous system. All levels are welcome—please bring a yoga mat and move at whatever pace feels comfortable for you. Session runs 45 minutes.
Rebecca has a Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication with more than 20 years of academic research and teaching focused on how stress, overthinking, and self-criticism shape the way we move, breathe, and connect with ourselves. She has 500+ hours yoga teacher training (trauma-informed) and is certified in Reiki Levels I & II + Assisted Stretching
